Casey Concrete is proposing palletized outdoor storage at 45 Checker Drive (PID 70719257).
The purpose of the proposed Municipal Plan amendment, being By-law Z-122.17 is to amend the Future Land Use Map from Community Use (CU) to Industrial Development (ID).
The application also involves an amendment to the Zoning By-Law, being By-law Z-222.64, to rezone the property from the Open space and conservation (P2) Zone to the Industrial Park (IP) Zone.
The Amendment also proposes changes to Schedule 3.2- Future roads Map to enable a future road connection to support long-term development.

A public presentation to inform the public of the proposed changes will be held Monday, March 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Moncton City Hall, 655 Main Street, Moncton NB.
PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing to consider written objections to the proposed changes will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 4 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 655 Main Street, Moncton, NB.
All members of the public are welcome to attend and express their views during the public hearing.
